Combining diving and yoga
Why would a diver do yoga? As divers we can benefit greatly from doing yoga and breath work – both physically and mentally. We can:

remove back pain
keeping your mind calm & clear
being open to new adventures
As a yogi we can discover not only our inner world but also the underwater world, which can be a nearly spiritual experience. When hundreds of reef fish swirl around us, when we meet big pelagic creatures and see how big the blue world is – then diving teaches us to be humble. We also easily see how everything is connected. Diving can:
help keep our mind open
be an enriching experience
put our ego aside
connect us with nature, in silence
